Smart Eating Month @ Royal

At Royal Foods we made March our Smart Eating Month, sharing tips with staff on interpreting food labels and hosting grab & go breakfast buffets filled with healthy choices at each of our sites around the country.

Many breakfast foods are marketed as healthy, but we need to look past the claims on the front of the pack to the ingredients and nutrition information, to make more informed choices about what we are consuming.

From the extensive range of brands we proudly represent and distribute to independent retailers, we served toasted #MillLane multigrain sourdough with fresh avocado, We, The Many* cereals with Chobani Fit Protein yogurt, lots of fresh fresh fruit and the new NERADA TEA probiotic tea range. Yum.
