Our Capabilities

We have helpful Customer Service Teams based in VIC, NSW, WA and QLD to assist stores with their order and delivery enquiries, in addition to a tele-sales function to support order frequency.

We have an excellent CRM tool that supports our field team with order generation, strategy execution and communication whilst out in stores, and our internal reporting system provides us the detail for analysis to build effective forward strategies for both our customers and brands.

We are passionate about ensuring our internal ordering and invoicing systems are modern and relevant to the systems our customers adopt, helping to support efficiencies in processing and reduce errors.

Our online ordering platform provides an additional option to support Customer perusal and order placing.

Our distribution network, including our own Royal Foods’ trucks, all have freezer and temperature-controlled capabilities and we strive for flexibility to meet our customers’ requirements.
