With the warm weather and holidays, salads are now in their peak season!  Whilst the classic varieties of creamy pasta, slaws and potato salads are still popular, consumers are hungry to experiment with premium grains and flavours.  To keep the ready-made salad offer engaging, it is recommended to include ‘staple favourites’, mixed with a rotation of unique and new flavours and formats.
