We are excited to be launching Paperbark Ridge’s range of slow-cooked meats, which is available exclusively to Independent Retailers across the country.

They use top quality Australian beef and pork and their delicious sauces – like Hickory Barbecue and Texas barbecue – are made from scratch every time they cook a fresh batch. After marinating the meat for several hours, it is cooked it ever so slowly for a minimum of 8 hours until it has the perfect depth of flavour and tenderness.
