Lamb – Greek Style!
The Innovation Team have loved experimenting with the flavours of Greece while developing our new slow-cooked meats range. Our meltingly tender lamb shoulder, cooked for 10 hours with rosemary, oregano, thyme and lemon comes as 10 convenient single serve portions.
A quick splash of good olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon over the lamb is all that’s needed to create a stand-out dish, but they are also a great base for a more complex dish when there’s time.
