Following the success of our chipolatas—especially as a breakfast offering—we’ve expanded our smallgoods range to meet growing demand. Our large Bratwurst and Chorizo sausages are ideal for à la carte and casual dining menus, as well as being as a cost-effective option for staff meals. While our bite-size Chorizos and Cheese Kranskys were developed for canapés and casual functions, they are also being incorporated into breakfast buffets to help reduce food costs.
